Anita is a qualified educational psychologist with a background in social work, and extensive experience in both mainstream and remedial schools. She works with children, teenagers, and adults, offering therapy that integrates supportive, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused approaches. Her goal is to empower clients with effective problem-solving skills to navigate life's challenges.

With a special interest in ADHD, she provides coaching and mentoring to help clients develop compensatory skills.
